Sunday Snapshot

I’m not feeling great today. I think I am still recovering from exams and the build-up to getting my degree result. I’ll write a post about finishing my undergraduate degree soon, when I have more energy.

In the meantime, here’s a Sunday Snapshot with a very apt quotation!

Kittens are born with their eyes shut. They open them in about six days, take a look around, then close them again for the better part of their lives. ~Stephen Baker

Photo challenge day 19: Fur

It’s Day 19 of the First Thirty-one Photo Challenge (from Fourtuitous)! Today’s theme is “Fur”.

I have to admit: I forgot about taking a photo for today’s challenge. And now it’s dark, it’s the end of the day, I’m tired and the cat is not being photogenic.
I’m not gonna lie. This is an old photo, taken last January. I know that is probably cheating but I thought any photo was better than no photo. I’m determined to see this challenge through!

Day 19: Fur.
I love the way the sun is shining on Kitty’s fur.

Photo challenge day 3: Returns

Day 3 of the First Thirty-One photo challenge (!

When the clock ticks past 4 pm, I know who will be waiting patiently until I return home to feed her.

Before a cat will condescend
To treat you as a trusted friend,
Some little token of esteem
Is needed, like a dish of cream — T.S. Eliot
